About Me
Hi, I'm Priscilla Guan (Li Guan), a Rotman Certified Executive Coach, an ICF Credentialed Coach, and former Executive VP of HR and Business Leader of a Fortune 500 company. With over 28 years of experience across international corporations, industries, and culturally diverse contexts, I’ve had the privilege of working with amazing leaders around the world.
My coaching and consulting approach is grounded in real-world executive experience, enriched by MBA and postgraduate studies, and sharpened through specialized training in leadership, coaching, and facilitation.
